Click the Login button at the top right corner of the website.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the login page. Click the Reset Password link at the bottom of the login form.
Access the Reset Password page using this URL https://animaldietformulator.com/reset-passwordarrow-up-right.
After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the Reset Password form as shown in the image below.
Provide your email address in the Email Address input field (Item 1) then click the Submit button (Item 2).
After submitting your information, an email with instructions to change your password will be sent to the Email Address you provided.
